Elaine is a product development executive who has brought over 20 hardware and software products to market in the past sixteen years. She has held various leadership roles in product development, including Vice President of Engineering for a software organization, Director of R&D for a hardware and software organization, and Vice President of Product Management for a company developing a hand held product and complementary software in the mobile space. She is also the Founder and President of a product development consulting firm focused on helping startup companies bring their ideas to market.
Elaine’s experience spans many industries, from human interface systems to haptics, industrial robotics, medical devices, computer graphics, medical simulation, personal health and fitness, hand held consumer electronics, and mobile software applications.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. She holds several patents in human machine interface systems and hand held electronics products.
